Cash only payments they do not advertise this and is a hassle when you go to pay your bill
The sales rep was a complete jerk, and lied to me, stating my phone (a new t-mobile Note 5) was not eligible for a trade in. Once I became frustrated and told him "fine, I'll go to the branch in Skowhegan", he came back with "yeah, go visit the one in skowhegan". I am very disappointed in this I feel others should know to avoid the newport us-cellular.
If I could give zero stars I would. People should never go to an "authorized agent"! They are only trying to get sales!
Would be nice if they were opened the times they have advertised!
5 star at being very rude .and not wanting to sell a phone ...wouldnt get up off his ass and try to be a salesman and sell phones money was no object i was gonna buy the 800.00 galaxy. But he just was not into selling us a phone ..told me to go to walmart.....very very rude ......
